LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This raffle is open to all fans of L.A. Blues SC on the condition that he/ she purchases a ticket to enter the drawing from an L.A. Blues SC event or home game. 2014 Season Tickets holders are entitled to ten (10) raffle tickets/entries. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of L.A. Blues SC and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this raffle.

HOW TO ENTER

Only entries with valid purchase before the draw are eligible. Entries can be purchased in the form of raffle tickets at L.A. Blues SC’s promotional events and at all L.A. Blues SC’s 2014 home games. Tickets must be purchased from a L.A. Blues SC’s employee. L.A. Blues SC is not responsible for lost or stolen entries. These entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of L.A. Blues SC. The prizes are not transferable and they cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Sweepstakes Prizes: (1) The GRAND prize winner will receive twelve (12) suite tickets to be used for a personal StubHub Center’s suite during the game on September 28ththe New York Red Bulls of the MLS. (2) The 2ND prize winner will receive an Apple iPad mini.

 

Taxes on prizes, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winners. L.A. Blues SC will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen elements of any prize package. Winners will be selected by random drawing on July 6thunder the supervision of L.A. Blues SC. All decisions by L.A. Blues SC are final and binding. Winners will be notified though e-mail within 48 hours of drawing. The winner will be announced on L.A. Blues SC’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.

 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize within five (5) calendar days of drawing, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for L.A. Blues SC to use the winner's names, photographs, likenesses, voices, addresses (only city and state), and testimonials, in print, broadcast, or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other raffle and/or promotion sponsored by them without further compensation.

CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these guidelines and the decisions of L.A. Blues SC, which shall be final. All sovereign, federal, state, and local laws apply. L.A. Blues SC and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner; or (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties resulting from participation in this raffle of otherwise; (iv) errors in transmission; (v) any condition caused by events beyond the control of L.A. Blues SC that may cause the raffle to be , 2014 between the L.A. Galaxy and , 2014 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be held disrupted or corrupted; (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the raffle; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the raffle. The raffle shall be construed and governed by, and any and all actions or claims in any way related to this raffle are subject to, the laws and regulations of California. Any and all actions or claims in any way related to this raffle shall be filed in the Southern California area by court. By Providing an Entry to this raffle, you submit to the jurisdiction of California State Court for any and all actions or claims in any way related to this raffle, and expressly agree that such actions or claims are subject to the laws and regulations of California. L.A. Blues SC may prohibit you from participating in the raffle, if at the sole discretion of L.A. Blues SC, you repeatedly show a disregard for the raffle guidelines, or act in any other disruptive manner.

 

RELEASES

By participating, entrants agree that L.A. Blues SC, those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this raffle, including entry and participation in this raffle and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participation in this raffle, they will indemnify L.A. Blues SC from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto.

 

L.A. Blues SC shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this raffle. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this raffle will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. L.A. Blues SC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this raffle should viruses or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the raffle. L.A. Blues SC further reserves the right to modify the rules of the raffle in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.
